About NMBR homes
nmbr.homes is a real estate platform aiming to simplify property discovery and listing in Spain, with plans to expand into the U.S. market. At the project’s start, the site had no organic presence, no structured content, and numerous technical SEO issues.
The Challenge
The site had zero SEO infrastructure:
- No visibility in search
- No traffic
- No structured keyword targeting or content plan
- Multiple technical blockers
The main task was to build everything from scratch:
- Clean up technical issues
- Build a full semantic core
- Structure the site for scalable growth
- Prepare for long-term market entry into the U.S.
Our Approach
We started with a full SEO and site audit to uncover technical errors and opportunities. Based on this, we prepared detailed technical tasks for both developers and content teams.
Our content strategy focused on low-frequency keyword clusters, essential for new domains without existing authority. This allowed the client to start ranking in niche segments while building domain trust over time.
A phased roadmap was developed, covering immediate fixes, mid-term visibility growth, and long-term expansion into new markets.
